Exploring transformative learning experiences following a career shock in knowledge workers post-pandemic.

 

Thank you very much for taking part in this research project, which is aims to understand the process of learning from experience after a career shock and how it may contribute to perspective change. as part of my thesis for the Professional Doctorate in Occupational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London. 

 

The research aims to explore transformative experiences in knowledge workers after a career shock.

 

The results of this research will provide an important contribution to my dissertation and will be practically useful or theoretically beneficial in that will provide a link between career shock and transformative learning from experience.
