About me
I am a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, career coach, and counsellor with more than 15 years of experience with clients across all ages and life stages. Over the years, I have coached hundreds of clients; I bring this experience to designing something new for you.
Each client is unique and has a singular story that I listen to and come to understand in depth. I then create, with you and for you, the most suitable career journey and strategies to take you where you want to be.
Through coaching conversations, we will co-design your career towards your aspirations or transition to the future you want, as you see it. On the way, I may guide you so you feel supported, heard and understood. To illuminate our discussions, I may use a range of evidence-based tools to help scope your story and produce sharper notes that bring balance to your career design.
Following our conversations, I will design a report on your career journey that outlines the best options, which are all unique to you. Although all options will be suitable, you will be the one selecting after reviewing all the possibilities open to you.
I welcome a wide range of clients, of all backgrounds and age groups. For example, you may be preparing to start your work life or may want to adjust, transition, or radically change your career.
If you would like to discuss further or have a brief introduction, please get in touch. I look forward to talking to you.
