Have you experienced a career shock
post-pandemic?

Have you experienced a disruptive career shock post-pandemic that made you question your held assumptions about your career?

The following statements are about career shocks: reflections on your career triggered by an influential event.

For example...

  • Think of a major professional favourable event (e.g., a promotion or a new venture) or

  • Setback (e.g., being laid off or losing an important customer) or

  • A big personal positive or negative event (e.g., becoming a parent or losing a loved one) that caused you to rethink your career.

Has this event made you think differently about a potential career transformation?

If the answer is ‘yes’, you may be interested to take part in this research.
